Chances of getting into NUS

<p>I am studying in Indian Standard 12 ( Maharashtra State Board ). I want to know whether I could get into NUS for studying Computer Science.</p>

<p>My achievements:
Standard X - 92.91 %
Standard XI (with computer science as vocational subject) - 91 %
Expecting around 85 - 90% in 12th board exam.</p>

<p>Taking SAT test in October.
I am not good at sports and haven't achieved anything significant in that field.</p>

<p>What are my chances of getting into NUS ? Also should I try for NTU, SUTD ? Please reply. </p>

<p>The cut off for NTU engineering courses usually stays at the 97% mark give or take for the National boards(ISC and CBSE). I guess it will be higher(98.5+) for the state boards.
NUS is somewhat of an upgrade to NTU so I guess it’s cut off will be even higher.
NUS only takes into consideration ECs at a state/national level.</p>

<p>I’m sorry to say but it’s true that your chances are very less for NUS and NTU. I don’t mean to discourage you but the cutoff is always over 97%. @justStudent </p>
