This forum can’t help you with your chances at Tisch as the artistic evaluation is the single, most important aspect of their application.
That being said DO NOT submit those test scores – they are not even up to community college level. NYU has alternate testing options, use them.
I agree with @soze, your ACT score is too low for both USC and NYU. Portfolio counts a lot with both schools, but you need at least some minimum stats so they don’t have to worry about you having trouble academically once in school.
Your test scores are much too low, but the main point is that nobody can chance you for admission to Tisch on this site. Nobody. Anybody who does is obviously ignorant of the admissions process there. Tisch Film is one of the most selective schools in the country, with a lower acceptance rate than Harvard or Stanford. They have some basic academic standards, but your portfolio submission is the most critical element in your application. You could have perfect grades and scores, but it won’t matter if your talent fails to impress the admissions committee.
