Chances of getting into NYU Poly?

I'm a high school Junior, I don't know my exact GPA but it is around 3.5 or 3.6 unweighted but I'm not sure. Class rank is probably going to be in the 29-20 range.

I received all A's my freshman year in 4 Honors, 1 CP elective, Gym, and Latin.

I received A's in 3 Honors classes sophomore year, 1 B+, A's in 2 CP electives, and an A in Latin.

This current year I am taking 4 AP's and 2 Honors, grades are decent, these are how my final grades will look
AP Psych - A
AP Chemistry - B+
AP U.S. History - B+
AP Language and Composition - B+
Honors Pre-Calculus - A+
Honors Physics - B+
Latin III - A
Gym - B+

Next year I am taking 6 AP classes, Latin IV, and Gym. My APs for senior year are AP Physics C, World History, Calc AB, Computer Science, Human Geography, and Literature and Composition.

On the SATs my super score is 2000, highest in each section is a 650 CR, 680 Math, and 670 Writing. I know my scores aren't that good but I don't really see them improving because my family does not have the money for classes or tutoring and when I studied myself my superscore only improved by 70 points my second time taking it, so I probably won't take the SAT again.

On the ACTs I got a 30, with a 30 in Math, 31 in Reading, 34 in English and 25 in Science. I know some schools don't take the Science and Reading sections, I'm not sure if Poly does but I might not bother sending my ACT scores because the Science is so low. I kinda took the ACT on a whim without studying so my timing was off and I couldn't finish the Science section.

Regarding extracurriculars, I have 70 volunteer hours, I'm on a varsity sport, and I'm a member of 4 or 5 clubs, and I'm the President of one of them. I've played piano since I was 5, but I don't have any awards or anything for it so I don't know if that matters. I think the recommendation letters that my teachers are writing are going to be very well written, not sure how much schools care about those but still.

Do I have a shot at making it into NYU Poly? I was hoping that the fact that I'm a girl might help a little since the girl:guy ratio is kinda low, but I'm not sure if I'll make it in or not and was really wondering if I have a chance.

NYU-Poly: High match

680 math score is low for any high-end STEM program.
An 800 math score is quite doable and most STEM programs expect that from their applicants.

This website says the math sat score of the 25/75th percentile is 640/720, so I assumed my math score wouldn’t be too much of a discrepancy, would you say that’s inaccurate or outdated then? I know my 680 isn’t super good, but I really don’t think getting an 800 is “quite doable”, if it was why wouldn’t the math sat scores of the kids in the 75th percentile be much higher?

Also, I took the Math I subject test and I think I could have easily gotten at least a 700, would sending that somewhat override my 680 on the actual SAT?

My son absolutly sucks at math, it’s been his worst subject since 8th grade, he had to drop AP calc and he would never dream of applying to a STEM program.

He got an 800.

It’s quite doable.

Realistically, if the best you can manage is a 680 on the math SAT, I don’t see success in any engineering program. You might get in, but I don’t think you will last.

Sorry for being frank.

Mostly everybody I know who goes into a STEM program and is subsequent successful at at the 800-level or very close to it.
