Will be working hard on college essays this summer. The freshman and sophomore weighted gpa tanks my overall, but I don’t know how colleges will react to it as it was three-four years ago. My junior/senior gpa should be well around a 4.4-4.5. I also didn’t play any sports which is also a drawback. Planning to ED to Stern.

I’m a junior right now and I just want to say wow. I think you have a really good chance! I’m also going to apply to NYU too

Yeah Im hoping to apply to stern ED also. i think you have a really good shot.Although your GPA may be a bit below their average (Mine is also) you have definitely taken a very challenging course load, which will make up for it.

Good luck

I was accepted with a substantial scholarship if any future applicants wanted an idea of their own chances. I also attend a highly competitive public school in central Jersey and am an Indian male. Don’t be discouraged by poor grades freshman and sophomore year, just rip ass junior and senior year and you’ll still have a good shot.

@Vasupatel1998 “Just rip ass junior and senior year” …Wait, what?

hhahahah^^^

So just fart your way to Stern, guys.

It worked for me

Congrats! I gave up on that app. Got way too lazy to write the “Why NYU?” short answer.
