So NYU is basically my dream school, but what do my chances look like for actually getting in?
I have a cumulative GPA of 3.3 that is weighted to a 3.5 and my SAT scores are like 2100. My school doesn't offer AP classes and only offers honors classes 11 & 12 grade because of its "more challenging curriculum". As far as honors, I take honors history, english, and french. For extracurricular stuff I do vocal, Model UN, speech and debate, JSA, and my school's dance company (for 9th and 10th grade).
Also I'm in 11th grade right now.

It depends on which school you apply to. Overall your chances seem pretty weak, but it’s hard to say considering you’re only a junior. Give it a year before you post your chances thread.

Do you need significant financial aid? If so, consider NYU to be a low probability reach school, since you will need to get one of the large merit scholarships (seems unlikely with a 3.3/3.5), rather than merely admission. NYU has a poor reputation for need-based financial aid.

A 3.3 UW GPA makes admissions unlikely. Your SAT is in the 50% range, it’s not above the 75% and your GPA is well below average. (Average is an A-).
