Chances of getting into NYU?!

<p>Ok I really want to go to NYU and I was wondering what my chance of getting admitted may be. Im hispanic
GPA (weighted): 3.92
(unweighted): 3.58
(10-12 weighted): 4.04
(10-12 unweighted): 3.54
I've taken basically ever AP class my school has to offer if that even matters, i know i didnt get A's in all of them but i did challenge myself. </p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
4 years varsity swim team
3 years year round swimmer
3 year Health Occupation Students of America Member
3 year M.E.S.A member
2 year Junior statesman of america member (vp/p)
2 years link crew
2 years key club
1 year mock trial
1 year peer court
3 years as an intern with an M.D
2 years as a life guard
1 year as a swim coach for our city
I've been playing the piano for 9 years now (i dont know if that qualifies i hope so)
I've participated in the national youth leadership forum of medicine (i'm well aware after attending its not as prestigious as they make it out to be)
and i have loads of community service hours. (soup kitchens, hospital volunteering, ect.)</p>

<p>I dont know if geographical location matters but im from a small town and getting a good education is quite difficult. </p>

<p>i think you have a very good chance! i don’t think NYU is that hard to get into, meaning a 3.58 unweighted should be a good fit for you! I think you have a great chance!</p>

<p>NYU is sort of tough to get into, I don’t know enough about the school to be specific in that aspect. Based on your stats I think you have a decent if not good chance of being accepted!</p>
