Chances of getting into Oberlin College?

I'm trying to decide whether or not to apply... My English teacher said it would be a good match for me. I plan on majoring in something English related.

SAT:
Critical reading:690
Math:670
Writing:690

GPA: 4.0

Class rank: 6th (out of 85)

I will have taken 5 AP classes by the end of this year. My school only offers 5:
Language and composition(got a 5)
US history(got a 3)
Calculus
Literature and composition
Biology

I've also taken all the honors classes offered plus some others "for fun." I currently have a completely full 7 period schedule with 2 extra independent study English class. I also took a class at the community college over the summer and might take another next semester. I'm taking my 5th year of French (8-12th grade)

I come from a small, rural, public school. Grades 7-12 with about 400 students.

For extracurriculars:
.3 week exchange program in China
.Band
.Jazz band
.Community band
.Advanced youth orchestra
.District music festival every year
.local concerts and private lessons for bassoon and piano
(I mainly play bassoon, but also play piano, clarinet, trombone, and banjo. I play others, but not well enough to count)
.My writing has been published in the local newspaper
.bowling team
.I have a decent amount of community service
.I have taken art classes, if that counts for anything

I'm not sure if it matters at all, but I skipped a grade in elementary school. I don't think it matters, but my parents insist it does.

My school doesn't really have clubs, but I read very extensively to fill my time.

I've gotten awards all through high school for music. I got an award for creative writing. I got a book award for Smith College

Neither one of my parents has a college degree. Apparently my great great aunt went to Oberlin and then became an astronomer.

Do I have a chance at acceptance?
What could I do to improve my chances?

Sorry, my SAT writing score was 770, not 690. Quite a difference there.

You’re probably in. SATs are adequate and everything else is pretty great.
