What major are you applying to? Your GPA is good, your ACT slightly on the low end just below the middle 50%.

@laurenmazz your stats are fine (ACT could be higher) but I’d be more concerned about the timing of your application. Most students submitted their completed application prior to Nov 30. You may be asked to start In the 2+2 program at another campus.

The "will take an AP senior year"wording makes me think maybe OP is a junior now.

USC is well regarded and ec’s are pretty good. If I were you I’d study over the summer and take the ACT again in Aug or Oct to try to bump up your score. Check Naviance to see the results of comparable students from your school.
