Chances of getting into Purdue's and UIUC's undergraduate engineering program?

I have taken 2 IB exams so far (SL Math and SL Spanish) and passed both with a 4 and 5 respectively.
I will be taking 4 IB exams this year (HL English, HL History, HL Biology, and SL Chemistry)
I have taken 8 AP's from freshmen to junior year (I am currently a senior) and I will be taking 3-4 more this year.
AP's Taken: AP Psychology, AP Calculus AB, AP Statistics, AP Human Geography, AP Macroeconomics, AP Spanish Language, AP English Language, AP U.S. History.
AP's I will take this year: AP English Literature, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP U.S. History.
Didn't pass most AP's though, only Psychology, Human Geography, and English.
SAT Superscore: 1900 (Math: 680, Reading: 600, Writing: 620)
Highest ACT Subscores: Math: 31, Reading: 31, English: 31, Science: 27
EC's: I was in at least 3 clubs every year and was the secretary for our school's SECME (Robotics) club for 2 years. I have also done quite a lot of extracurricular outside of school.
Essay: I believe my essay is good and my English teacher and my counselor have told me the same thing.
Awards: I won 7 Mu Alpha Theta trophies in my freshmen year.
AP Scholar
Note: I am a first generation college student (neither of my parents went to college).
Even though my unweighted G.P.A. is low, it has gone up since freshmen year.
I have also taken or taking almost every single hardest class my school has to offer except for one class.
Intended major: Either Computer Engineering or Chemical Engineering (I'm applying undecided in engineering).
