Chances of getting into Rice-Baylor Program?

Hi, I'm a junior in high school and i'm positive I want to pursue a career in medicine so i'm looking at accelerated medical programs and I'm really interested in the R-B program.
My SAT score:
M- 770, R- 710, W- 740 Overall: 2220 (on my first try, I'm retaking soon)

Subject SAT:
BioM- 790 (planning on taking Math 2C and Chemistry)

Weighted GPA:4.5
(My school doesn't give unweighted GPAs but I think it's somewhere around 3.5, I get mostly As with a few B+ and A- and I take a lot of honors and APs)

It's not great but my school year isn't over year and for the application process, I'm a pretty good writer, so maybe that that would help?

Extracurriculars:
Debate
Environmental Club
Science League
Math League
Science National Honor Society
Science Association
Robotics Club

Volunteered at nearby hospital for two years
Babysit
Can play piano and am interested in art (if that can help in anyway)

I know it's not a lot of information to go on but I'm really interested in this program and I was thinking of applying for ED because even if I don't get accepted into the R-B program, maybe I'll get accepted into rice

You have to realize that up to 10 kids a year are selected. Your SAT score is alright, but your GPA is quite low. Furthermore, you don’t have any outstanding ECs. The program seems like a high reach. If you’re from Texas, I would highly recommend UTD for pre-med. They give tons of scholarship money, and send a large portion of students to UTSW for med school.

Chance back?
