Chances of Getting into some top schools

So I know that there are a ton of threads like this but I’m just trying to get an idea as to whether some of these colleges are even possibilities for me. I understand that the chances of anyone getting into an Ivy League or other top school are very low, but I’m just seeing if its a possibility for me, so here it goes:

Colleges I’m Interested in: Yale, Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, Brown, George Washington, American, University of Virginia, College of William and Mary, University of Rochester, NYU

And now a little bit about me…

Letters of Recommendation: One will be written by my German teacher (I’ve had her 3 years, I know her well, she’s also runs the German NHS club and I spent 3 weeks in Germany on an exchange program with her) and the other will be written by my AP US teacher who is also the Model UN adviser (she also knows me very well)

There’s probably a few things I’m forgetting but this should give you good idea of who I am…please let me know if I have a chance of getting into the colleges I listed (particularly Yale) and if so, what are my chances

Thanks!

Some other stuff that I forgot:

Rank 4/530
Founded a student council club open to all students to assist the elected officers
Also: my high school is very athletics-based and doesn’t offer a ton of APs or nationally recognized clubs and other organizations

Looks like you are viable everywhere, but I would imagine the likeliest ‘yesses’ are going to be GW, American, Rochester. I would imagine NYU would embrace you and I bet your chances at Georgetown, William and Mary, JHU and UVA are pretty good. Yale and Brown? You have a shot…but those are impossible to “chance”. Your background and personal history are intriguing enough to make for a fantastic application, and you have great scores and good ECs (FWIW I was most intrigued by your being President of Model UN and your active involvement in theatre). Try to weave all this together into a cohesive story, and don’t bury the really impressive stuff within the laundry list of a lot of stuff – for example: 9th Grade “Helping Hands Club” was at the top of your list of ECs, which minimized multi-year, leadership commitments-- I wouldn’t bother much with stuff you did for one year…focus on the things that were real commitments and achievements. Good luck. You’re a winner.

Thank you so much! That puts me a bit at ease and i’ll be sure to try to orient my applications to highlight the more impressive stuff.
