Chances of getting into Stanford, Yale, Brown, Columbia, Oxford, or UCL?

Hello! I am a high school freshman and my top college picks are those listed in the title. Chance me?

• I attend a Classical UMS High School (on partial scholarship)
• I am a minority (Hispanic)
• Family is middle class, with three other children attending private school, all on scholarships
• Won PSIA (Private School Interscholastic Association, in my home state) Essay/Ready Writing event, 1st at State, as an eighth grader
• I played volleyball this year and plan to continue to do so until senior year
• I plan to get involved with martial arts
• I will be volunteering at my local animal shelter this summer
• I have tested out of Spanish 1, plan on doing an online refresher course for Spanish 2&3 and testing out before next fall, and taking Spanish 4 as a sophomore
• I have a Latin credit
• My first trimester GPA was 3.26 on a 4point grade average
• I am Assistant Design Editor for my yearbook staff
• I hope to attend a pre college program for credits at Georgetown in DC this summer if I am granted a scholarship or a non credit program at Brown

Thank you for your time!

You need to get that GPA up.

You are not sitting well with having a low GPA your first year of school and you have a long road ahead of you. That being said, this is a good time to start fostering relationships with your teachers (in only appropriate ways) and building your roundness as a student. You seem enthusiastic, which is good, but do not lose site of your goal; whatever that may be years from now. Feel free to chance me back, I like all kinds of perspective.

Alrigth first of all… ur a freshman so its a little bit premature to start making chances at ur top college wantings. You have a nice foundation of ECs but you are gonna need better than ur first trimester grades. At most u can afford to mess up a little freshman year but after that u might wanna tighten up on grades. Just my advice. Because GPA/SAts/ACT come first than everythign else come.
Im in a similar type wierd situation becuase I come from a early college.
