Chances of getting into Stanford?

I'm a junior a right now, expecting to graduate in 2014.

I have taken 1 AP class so far (AP US history I got a 4). I took APUSH during sophomore year, it was the only AP class available for sophomores. As of now I am taking AP Chemistry and AP english and composition. I have yet to take the AP tests for chem and english. Next year I am planning on taking AP calc BC, AP Bio, AP micro and macro economics. Throughout all of high school I have taken advanced math (accelerated). I also take a business "college" class and Mandarin Chinese.

My current GPA is a 3.98. My ACT score (first one and only one i've taken so far) is a 27. I have not taken the SAT yet.

Extracurriculars:
I am vice-president of interact club, senior year I am taking presidency. I am part of DECA, I made it to the state competition to represent my district. If I win states I will represent my state at internationals which is in California. I am also part of Student Action Senate (student government). I am also part of the spirit committee. I've done crew for 3 years now and I don't think I will continue for senior year. I was a coxswain who won silver at scholastic nationals in new jersey, silver at canadian nationals, and gold at the midwest championships. Before high school I studied the art of ballroom dancing. Then for about 6 years I competed in ballroom dancing. I am also part of a business program at the University of Michigan. I am a member of NHS (national honors society). My parents own a pretty famous business in my town. During this summer I am planning on creating my own business which will sell products (ice cream) to my parents business.

About me:
I am Chinese. I'm not sure if I should write this in my college app... I know my ACT is pretty low but it was my first time and I did not finish any section ( i had to randomly bubble). My parents, and brother went to the University of Michigan.

Three suggestions:

(1) I expect that your high school subscribes to Naviance. If so, compare your GPA and ACT scores with those of other students from your school who have applied to Stanford.

(2) Take a previously administered SAT exam under strict test conditions. Assume the same grade on the SAT essay as you got on the ACT. Or, if you took the ACT without an essay, assume a SAT essay score of 9. Make sure that the sample exam you take is one that you haven’t seen before either in whole or in part. Go back to Naviance and use the SAT score you’ve gotten on this exercise.

(3) Discuss your chances with your high school counselor.
