Chances of getting into suny buffalo?

So I really want to go to Suny University at Buffalo.

I'm in the middle of my junior year and I fear I may not be accepted.

I took my PSAT and got a 1500 :( although I didn't take it as seriously as I should've. I plan on taking a spring SAT course next semester.

My GPA was about an 85, but I decided to step it up and I now have 3 college classes as well as an honors class. I should have 12 college credits at the end of this year. For the first time I had over a 90 average AND it was with harder classes! If I keep my 90 average I should have about an 87 GPA at the end of this year.

I've been on the track team since freshman year, and got an MIP award last year. I played the flute in 9th and 10th but had to quit because I wanted to focus on my grades.

I am in 4 clubs and I have maybe about 30 hours of community service. (not sure)

I plan on running for president next year for my college ambassadors club.

I want to study psychology/sociology.

I wanted to apply to the following schools but I don't think I'd get into any of them truthfully. What are my chances? I have 0 hope. But I don't know where else I'd like to apply in new york that isn't private.

Buffalo
Geneseo
Stony Brook
Binghamton
Albany, but half my school goes there now, and I heard it has a bad reputation.

You didn’t do too bad on the PSAT (compared to the sats for Suny Buffalo). The Psat is supposed to be close to what you will score on the sat. If you study, even a practice test a day, your sat will go up. I had a ~1500 psat and I went up 200 points on the sat with some studying. You play sports, instruments, and have clubs which are a big plus. Focus hard on your academics because you CAN do it, you only need to apply yourself a little bit more! :)
