Chances of getting into Temple?

I’m a junior and I visited Temple University today and I am in love with this school. I’d have to say this is my top pick, although I do have a few other schools I’m going to visit.
Well before my visit I was pretty confident thinking I had a good chance, as online the requirements matched me. But the people who did the tour said totally different requirements than what online said, so I’m nervous now.
My GPA is a 3.3, an SAT score with essay of 1130 (taking it again in June so hopefully it’ll get somewhat higher), top 25% of my class, took AP government last year, this year taking AP Chem, AP, US History, and AP English, in marching band, volunteer at SPCA, and working two jobs currently!
So that’s just a run down of my high school life right now. I’m planning on majoring in Geology, if that changes anything.
Any help? I’m so unsure now if I’ll get in and I’m worried.

Oh and I forgot to mention my sophomore year I took a dual enrollment class for Chemistry. And next year, my senior year I will be taking AP Biology and AP Environmental Science.

Bump please?

Your current SAT score is just about at the current average for the old SAT format reading and math for Temple, near the 50%ile, ditto for your 3.3 GPA. If you can improve your score(study and do some practice tests to maximize) and keep your grades up, hopefully giving your GPA an upward trend, you would improve your odds. Good Math scores would probably help with admission as a Geology major.

Your courses for senior year look challenging and relevant to your interest in geology, that will be positive, too. The 75%ile SAT reported on college navigator is 1230 for reading and math, of course that is the old SAT format, but getting closer to that score would probably help a lot.

OP, I just found a link for the new/old SAT concordance tables, an old format SAT score of 1230 for CR and Math is equivalent to 1300 in the new format. Your current score of 1130 is equivalent to 1060 in the old format, so slightly below average for Temple. Any score improvement which gets you above average would improve your odds, so study hard:)

If your SAT doesn’t improve, you can always choose to apply with the Temple Option and not submit SAT scores. You’ll have to write additional essays, but that may be a better option since Temple is becoming more competitive every year.
