Chances of getting into the Berkeley Coops and what are they like?

I recently applied to the Berkeley Coops and was wondering if I have a good chance of getting in? Incoming freshmen and I am in EOP. Also if anyone could give a description on some the houses would be much appreciated, the descriptions on the website are rather lacking so I just applied my priority on the small houses then medium and large since I am not good with large groups of people.

EOP does give some preference over other new (0 point) applicants.

Current fall wait lists:

http://www.bsc.coop/fall-waiting-list-f

Those houses where students with non-zero points are waiting are the most unlikely to be available to new applicants. The larger houses are generally easier for new applicants to get into. The smaller houses are usually cleaner.
