Chances of Getting Into the Following Schools

Hey guys, kinda new to the forums in terms of posting but I was wondering about my chances into these schools:
Northwestern
Berkeley
University of Florida (I live in Florida)
Georgia Tech

I'm applying to all these schools regular decision because I don't want any financial bind, and I'm nearly sure about going to UF. I am applying as an engineering major. My credentials right now are as follows:

3.83 GPA Unweighted
4.24 GPA Weighted
33 ACT
2190 SAT (800 Math, 660 Reading, 730 Writing)
Math II Subject Test - 800
Chemistry Subject Test - 750
15 APs Taken Through High School
1 Online Course (Multivariable Calc, taking it right now)

EC's: Volunteering (Give Kids the World, Habitat for Humanity, etc.) - 300 hours, Varsity Tennis Team (since 7th Grade), UF SSTP (Science Research) Summer Camp for 7 weeks, working at an Engineering firm for 80 hours, Mu Alpha Theta, National Honors Society. Let me know if any other info is essential!

Btw, I'm not doing very well this year (B's, mostly). Do you think this will affect my college acceptances, especially UF? Thanks!

GT and UF have early action nonbinding and wont see your senior year grades, so apply early action. and Bs will not cause them to recend your app offer

^^^ UF doesn’t have early action. However, they also don’t take into account your senior grades. It is possible to be accepted into UF and then have the offer rescinded if your senior grades tank, but B’s will not do it.
