@el1999, based on the information you provided, if your GPA is unweighted, you should have a very good chance.

For reference, UW’s most recent Common Data Set reports the unweighted GPA of enrolled freshmen in 2015 as follows:

3.75 to 4.00: 64.24%
3.50 to 3.74: 27.16%
3.25 to 3.49: 6.52%
3.00 to 3.24: 1.52%
Under 3.00: 0.56%

I think you have a pretty good chance. I applied, got into, and turned down UW last year. I had a 3.78 uw GPA and a 1740 on the old Sat (equal to 1260 on new SAT). You have really good extracurriculars and a pretty good GPA/SAT score. Be sure to focus on the writing section of the application, and I think you have a pretty good shot at getting in.
