Chances of getting into these colleges

<p>I already applied to these colleges. Here are my stats:
weighted GPA: 4.52
unweighted GPA: 3.77
SAT Superscore: 1990</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
Future Business Leaders of America: committee member in 11 grade and 12 grade rep in 12 grade. member all 4 years of high school.
Interact Club: officer in 11 and 12 grade. member last 3 years of high school.
TV Club: secretary 10 grade and fundraising committee chair in 11. member all 4 years.
Debate: member last 3 years
Jewish Student Union: president/founder last 2 years
National Honors Society: member for last 2 years of high school</p>

<p>I went to Penn State University last summer and took a course in sociology, got an A and 3 college credits.</p>

<p>Although I haven't seen them, I've been told my recommendations are exceptionally good. Assuming my essays were decent as well, what do you think my chances of getting into the following colleges are?</p>

Michigan (EA)
Maryland
Syracuse
Brandeis
George Washington
Northeastern (EA)
Drexel</p>

<p>What AP/Honor classes did you take?
What state do you live in (esp. matters for state schools…Penn?)
Also, what do you plan to major in? that matters a lot for some schools
based off of the info so far:</p>

<p>NYU: maybe
Michigan: probably
Maryland: yes
Syracuse: yes, unless you’re applying to Newhouse or something like that
Brandeis: Yes
GWU: maybe
NU: yes
Drexel: Yes</p>

<p>Here are the AP courses I have/am taking</p>

<p>AP US History
AP Literature
AP Economics
AP Statistics</p>

<p>Basically all the courses in my high school career are honors except for pre-calc.</p>

<p>I live in Pennsylvania so all of these schools are out of state except for Drexel. I plan to major in business: maybe marketing, management or finance.</p>

<p>Okay, then from my experience w/ older siblings/friends/family/many people and their college process, NYU and maybe GWU might be reaches. The rest of safeties/matches.</p>

<p>I think you have a very strong chance at all of these schools for maybe except Brandeis. That school might be an iffy because they are highly selective. However, at the other schools you are definitely in. Your SAT and ECs are great so they can only help you so much. Good luck!</p>

<p>Thanks for the responses. I figured NYU might be a reach which is why I applied early decision. My second choice is GWU and then northeastern.</p>
