Chances of getting into these UCs?

I applied to UCLA, UC Davis, UC Berkeley, and UC Irvine.

*ELC Student
*curriculum consists mostly of AP and Honors classes
*MESA

*volunteered at my local hospital for two summers
*Asian-American Club

*SAT: 1820; SAT Chem: 620; SAT Math II: 640 (worried that these are too low)
*Unweighted GPA: 3.7; Weighted GPA: 4.3
Thanks for answering :)

If you already have ELC then you’re in at Davis. (I’m pretty sure Davis is one of the ELC schools this year, right?)

Irvine: low reach/match
UCLA: Reach
UCB: Reach

Fortunately, SAT IIs have lost some prominence with the UCs because they are eliminating the requirement starting next year so I wouldn’t worry too much about them, as long as they are at 600+.

Yeah, I got guaranteed at Davis as well as Irvine. Also, I’ve been seeing that word a lot (reach) being associated with LA and Berkeley. Well, hopefully my personal statements will help, since those are a big part of admissions.

I have seen people get into UCLA with SAT scores under 1900, but it’s not the majority. I’d say your chances at Berkeley are really slim but you do have a slight shot at LA. Davis and Irvine are matches (but I guess that isn’t really news because you’re ELC!)

You have a decent chance at Irvine, and Davis as a low reach. Your SATs seem too low for UCB and UCLA.

Got acceptance letter (e-mail) from Davis =)
