Chances of getting into these universities?

I am currently a senior in high school and am trying to figure out which colleges/universities to apply to. I've been looking into Hofstra, Pace, NYU, and St. Johns and been wondering what my chances are of getting into them...

High school GPA: roughly 96 (possibly higher)
I'm taking the AP English Language course this year.

Math classes I've taken:
Algebra I and II, Geometry, Trigonometry

SAT:
CR: 510
Math: 550
Writing:640

Community Service:
Tutoring/Mentoring children

Extras:
-Tutored students in trigonometry in my junior year.
-I was on the soccer team in my sophomore year.
-Yearbook editor this year.
-Outside of school, I am a level three piano player.
-I can speak two languages fluently and can read in three.
-I currently tutor a young girl in English.
-I have received the Honor Roll every year since freshman year.
-Took art and a few other extracurricular activities in school.

I'm going to take the ACT in a week and retake the SAT soon so hopefully my scores will be higher.

Based on all of this, what are my chances of getting into the aforementioned universities?

If it makes a difference, I got a 96 on my English Regent and I am a pretty good writer.
