Chances of getting into U of I

I was wondering if you guys could give me an estimation of my chances of getting into U of I. Little info about me: I had a 1.59 gpa in 9th grade and a 3.33 10th-11th. Right now I would guess I have around a 3.7 for 12th. I talked a bit about why my grades have been steadily improving in my essays. I am taking the highest level of math and science classes offered at my school. I applied as an engineering major. I got my letters of rec from my 11th grade precalc teacher who was also an engineer and my 11th grade chem teacher. I can confidently say that both letters will talk about how much academic growth i've displayed =D

Stats:

GPA(Unweighted): 2.84

SAT:
CR:660
M:720
W: 590

EC's: Lots of CI, 2 international community involvement trips to Guatemala and Bulgaria along with school required CI. Theater tech, Math team, Rock climbing club and a few months of work experience,

Colleges I'm applying to: U of I, Purdue university, Virginia Tech, UCSB, UCSC, University of the Pacific, Syracuse University, Bucknell University

Since engineering is a very tough major to get into your gpa is gonna hold u back from getting into most of these schools with the expection of pacific. You have great sat scores though but I’m not sure if that will be able to balance out your gpa.
Goodluck tho can u please chance me back

Thanks for the reply. I apped as a math major to purdue and Syracuse btw. Also, considering UC gpa only includes 10th and 11th wouldn’t you think I have a more solid chance at those schools? If you want me to chance you pls post/pm me your stats
