Going to UC Davis COSMOS program in the summer for Biomedical.

I'm interested in neuroscience. Is the neuroscience program any good at UC Berkeley?

I’d say you’re pretty set for Berkeley. I wouldn’t bother with another subject test - there isn’t that much emphasis on them at the UCs.

I’m off to COSMOS this summer too; I’m in the chem cluster though. =P

GPA - good
SAT - average, but definitely Berkeley material
SAT II - fantastic
ECs - superb
You’re set for scholarships!

[University of California: StatFinder](http://statfinder.ucop.edu) can help you compare your stats with those of admitted freshmen at Berkeley and other UCs.

Berkeley does not have a neuroscience major, but it does have a [cognitive science](http://sis.berkeley.edu/catalog/gcc_view_req?p_dept_cd=COG+SCI) major which is somewhat similar to what a neuroscience major is at some other schools.

Oh I’m in the chem cluster not the biomedical one…it would be kinda cool to see you there haha.
