Chances of getting into UCI/UCLA/USC

<p>Hello, </p>

<p>I would like to know what my chances of getting into these school ares, here are my credentials. I am moving to Irvine so i am aiming for UCI</p>

<p>Unweighted GPA: 3.73
Weighted GPA: 4.2
ACT: 30
Out of state for the first year</p>

<p>AP Biology, AP US History, AP Language, AP Physics B, AP Calc AB, AP Psychology</p>

<p>Sports/Clubs:</p>

<p>2 years JV Golf/ 1 year Varsity Golf
4 years Academic Bowl
4 years FBLA ( Went to nationals twice)
1 year robotics
1 year WYSE</p>

<p>Did you attempt to calculate your UC GPA? This is going to be the thing that matters for UCI and UCLA.</p>

<p>My sister got into UCLA with the same exact stats, except her EC’s are probably what sold it. I would recommend that you write a killer essay. You’re already a shoe in my UCI, as long as you’re not applying as a Bio major.</p>

UCLA: Match (OOS helping you there)
USC: Reach (albeit reachable)</p>

<p>I am applying as a psychology major if that makes a difference</p>

<p>My UC GPA will be lower because they do not take into account Honors classes in out of state apps</p>

<p>I also have a lot of volunteer hours.</p>
