Chances of getting into UCLA, Berkeley from NY?

I'm a current junior at a fairly competitive high school in New York. I'm a white female.

SAT: 2100
ACT: 30
(I am retaking both these test; I hope to receive at least a 2200 on my next SAT and a few points higher on my next ACT.)

GPA: 3.7 unweighted (I'm not sure of my UC GPA, unfortunately)

AP classes:
Freshman Year - AP Human Geography (4)
Sophmore Year - AP European History (3)
Junior Year - AP Psychology, AP English Language, AP US History
(I am hoping to receive a 5 on all these exams; I am fairly confident that I will receive a 5 on at least the AP Psych and AP US exams)
Senior Year - AP French, AP Calc AB, AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, AP Microeconomics, AP Macroeconomics
(AP Physics 1 and 2 are replacing AP Physics AB next year)

SAT II: I will be taking US History and Math II.

Extracurriculars:
Amnesty International Club
4 years of high school cheerleading: 3 years on Varsity, Captain (Senior Year)
1 year of coaching a Youth Cheerleading Team
Various volunteering

What are the chances of being accepted to either UCLA or UC Berkeley next year? Thank you!

As an out-of-state app, your odds are good. UCs are short on funds, so out of state applicants have a 30%+ acceptance rate vs 20% or so for Cali applicants. Good luck!
