First you need to calculate all your UC GPA’s by using the linked calculator: https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
UC’s only use 10-11th grades in their GPA calculation but you do need to pass all a-g course requirements with a C or higher. Senior year grades will not be included but your Senior course rigor will be noted.
Please repost with your Unweighted UC GPA, Capped weighted UC GPA and Fully Weighted UC GPA.
Anything under a 4.0 capped weighted UC GPA will be a tough admit. UC’s also do not consider race/ethnicity in their admission decisions and they do tend to be very GPA focused, however if you have solid essays and EC’s then your chances can be higher.
