You have a decent shot at being accepted. Your weighted GPA and ACT scores are fine, as is your weighted class rank (make sure the weighted class rank shows up on your transcripts so you can put it in the SAR).

Middle 50% of the 2013 Class

High School GPA of 4.1 - 4.4
SAT of 1780-2020
ACT of 26 - 31

Your ECs are fine, just do a great job on your essay!

UF is more likely to offer OOS scholarships than in-state, but even with the typical OOS scholarship (which your stats may be a bit low for), OOS tuition is still likely to be much more than in-state tuition (+grants) in Oklahoma. In-state tuition (public) tuition in Oklahoma ranges from $7K to $9K a year, while OOS tuition at UF is $28K(before any OOS scholarships).

Good Luck!

Thank you anyone else?

You sound good! Plus, out of state has a better chance of getting in that in state. Not by much, but a little.

Wow really interesting

Personally, your academics are on the lower side for an OOS student. The stats Gator88NE posted are for the entire freshman class (OOS students are on the higher end of those).

@GatorGirl2019, where have you heard that OOS students have better chances of being accepted than in state?

[University of Florida - Admissions](http://j.gs/37GF)

We could go on and on about the OOS debate… Some say OOS doesn’t matter, some say that it makes it harder to get in, and apparently now someone’s saying OOS makes it easier to get in… Never heard that one before…

I’ll ignore the OOS factor because nobody here seems to know what the hell it does. You have good ECs but your GPA/test scores are a little low for UF. I would say you have an average shot. It’s hard to say whether you’ll get in or not. I know that’s not what anyone wants to hear.

No it’s okay thank you for your feed back!
