my GPA unweighted is 3.1
weighted is 3.4
i come from a US News & world report top 5 school
i've taken 10 AP courses
I've gotten to Robotics world championships twice
member of Science olympiad
scored 2100 on the SAT and 30 on the ACT
First - gen. attending college

BUMP please need advice

UGA: High match

Your test scores are great and you have definitely taken a very challenging course load, but your GPA definitely does not help you. UGA calculates GPA by giving a .5 point bonus per semester of an AP class taken. You may get in, but I would consider this to be a high match school for you as well.

so in case anyone needs to know
AP World History
AP Biology
AP Physics C: Mechanics
AP US World History
AP US Government
AP English Language
AP Calculus AB
AP Chemistry
AP Environmental Science
Calculus II
AP Macroeconomics
AP Microeconomics

sorry, i meant 12 college level courses

and high match means 40% success right?

I calculated the GPA by only using the core classes too
Social studies, math, science, english, foreign language

I don’t know that it has a certain percent value but it means that it may be a little tough for you to get in but not impossible.
