Chances of getting into USC (So. California)?

Hi there, I'm new to this site and was wondering what my chances of getting into the University of Southern California c/o 2012 are:

My school is always one of the schools that has the most students attending according to the Freshman Profile.

My father works for USC, not in the actual school but one of the Science buildings. Will this be taken into consideration? The tuition if I were to get in would almost be free I believe.

I have a brother who graduated from USC recently (2008)

I am Filipino (Pacific Islander/Asian?)

My grades are extremely average, but they have improved every single year. Literally each class from one semester to the next has improved and so has my GPA. Went from a 3.45 Frosh, to 3.6/3.7 Soph year, to 3.7-4.02 Junior. All weighted. But again, colleges like improvement, right/? ;) haha hopefully

I have taken only AP courses, as the competition for honors classes & AP classes are extremely fierce and class availability is limited. I applied for all honors & AP's that were possible but just couldn't get in.

Sophomore year: AP World History

Junior year: AP US History, AP Environ. Science

Senior year: AP Government, (Still waiting on AP Psychology, if not, then I take a 4th year of Spanish)

-I'm also taking a Shakespeare class senior year, which supposedly is appealing. If that AP Psychology class doesn't work out like I stated above, then I would take a 4th year of Spanish.

SAT: 1810, currently waiting on my second batch of scores. Math: 530 Reading: 590 Writing: 690

Extra Curriculars:

(Including next year) 3 years of Track & Field.

JV Triple Jump Captain (soph)
JV Cross Country (junior)

JV Basketball Team manager

-I am also trilingual

Anything I need to know to help me? I know my grades are my biggest downfall right now, so any thing obviously that I need to do?

*Please be a little gentle though! Haha, don't say flatout "No chance!" I would appreciate areas for improvement/consideration.

Thank you!

For some reason, I really want to say that this is taken into consideration but I’m not sure.

Filipinos are not Pacific Islanders, they’re Asians.

You might have a good chance if you get your grades up, and raise your SAT score. Have you tried the ACT?

Good luck! :)
