Chances of getting into USC

Hi, I really want to go to USC for college. I am a sophomore at a nationally recognized public high school. In my freshman year, my grades completely sucked but I am beginning to turn it around, and I was wondering what my chances are of getting in. In freshman year, my schedule/grades were as follows:
French: B
English (Honors): C
Biology (Honors): C
Geometry: B
I also got A's in my Concert Band and Jazz Band Class, but I am assuming that colleges don't take that into account much. I don't know what my GPA was, but I am guessing it wasn't that good.
That brings me to my sophomore year where I am starting to do better.
Chemistry (Summer School): A-
Algebra II: B
World History (Honors): B
English (Honors): B+
French: B+

Now for GPA's:
Current Semester Weighted GPA: 4.17
Current Cumulative (including last year) Weighted GPA: 3.67
Current Semester Unweighted GPA: 3.36
Current Cumulative Unweighted GPA: 2.93

I also made the "honorable mention" roll this semester. Just to clear things up: My sophomore year is not over. I am currently entering second semester sophomore year. I don't know if these posts have dates or not, (I'm new to this,) so I'm saying it just in case.
Here are some miscellaneous facts about me: I am very into music, I am in concert band and jazz band, and am most likely going to get to the top bands in my school (which is well known for music across America) by the time I am a senior. I work as a camp counselor every summer, and am planning on doing community service as well this summer. Everyone on my dad's side of the family has gone to USC except for my dad, and my grandfather was a professor there for 40 years. In case you think that USC is to far a stretch for me, here are some things that I like about it so you could possibly recommend another college: It is a college that a lot of my family members have gone to. It has a good location for me, (in Los Angeles and very close to a lot of my extended family.) It has a reputation for being a great school.

Thank you,
