Chances of getting into UTSA?

Hi, I am new here so I apologize for any left out information.
I am currently in community college taking core curriculum and looking to transfer into UTSA.

My high school GPA is 3.8, but I don’t know my class rank
SAT Scores aren’t the best and I plan on re-taking anyway
1380 overall
Math: 450
Critical Reading: 470
Writing: 460

Any other information I need to provide?

You’re exactly at the 25% range for the SAT, so let’s hope you can get it up
However, your GPA is pretty good, and if you’re in the top quarter of your class, then that would be a big plus
