I am currently a high school junior with a 3.3 gpa (3.55 weighted) with 3 APs finished and two more coming next year. I got a 33 on my ACT and am planning to take it again this June to try for a 34. I also live in Minnesota, and am therefore considered "in-state" for both the U of M and UW. I would like to know my chances, thanks!

UMN-TC: Low match/Match
UWI: Match

Thank you very much Catria, I truly hope I get into UW as it is my number one choice. I only plan on applying before the February deadline, and will try to raise my GPA before I do!

I forgot to add, I have about 300 hours of volunteering at a local hospital.

You should be able to get in although I’m not a super familiar with these schools. My only concern is the gpa and is uour school a difficult one gpa wise?

I understand my GPA is low, I hope to be able to get it to a 3.4 before I turn in my application in february. And my high school is the 12th ranked school in Minnesota, so it is fairly difficult.
