<p>I'm a junior in high school and have recently been looking into colleges. Over time I've heard that UW is a great 'pre-med' school and I'm very interested. I have a 3.6 GPA and have taken all honors and AP classes that are available. I believe my weighted GPA is over a 4.0. Anyways, I did awful on my SAT, getting a 1410, but I'm going to retake it. I also plan on getting a high score on the ACT. </p>
<p>My EC's are actually pretty impressive based on other opinions. I play varsity golf, have participated in our schools sports medicine program, and I am doing advanced this year. I am VP in the schools Leo's Club and Spanish Club. I was also the treasurer for our student council my freshman year. I have a lot of community service hours and plan on getting more this summer. I will also be doing an internship for an orthopedic surgeon. There is a lot more not listed. </p>
<p>Something that is unique is, my sister has had to battle cancer since 2011 and has really taken a toll on my academics, but plan on getting back on track and want to be a doctor. Don't be rude and jeep in mind my test scores will better greatly. And advice will be greatly appreciated. I am also looking at the University of Utah and the University of Oregon.</p>
