I also had been chosen to participate in the URI Chemistry Contest in 10th and 11th grade for my school team. We received 3rd place the first time, and 2nd place the second time. I have received the silver medal on the National Latin Exam two years in a row (10th and 11th grade). I also was given the Wellesley College Book Award in 11th grade, as well as the Touchstone Award from the Student Leadership Training Program.
Going into 9th, 10th, and 11th grade I have challenged myself physically throughout the summer. I have participated in trips through the American Youth Foundation, an organization which encourages teens to build a balanced life in physical, social, mental, and reflective terms. These rigorous trips consist of the 4 Trails Program. I have participated in three: the Explorer track (5 day hike, 6 day bike, 6 day canoe) , the Adventurer track (10 day bike and 10 day hike), and the Voyager track (22 days of biking in Nova Scotia)

Match, but a 2100 would make your life a whole lot easier.

I retook the SAT in October and my math score shot up by 70 points, so now it is a 2100 superscored.

Definitely a match. You’re good to go!

Your ECs are good, SAT Is look solid, but maybe some more APs might have helped your case. If your senior year coursework consists of a few more AP and honors classes, then curriculum-wise, I think you’re OK. All in all, I think you’re a solid candidate for Vassar… and any competitive liberal arts college.

High Match. You’ll probably get in, but your GPA and SAT could use a little work if you want to make it a safe bet (possibly taking the SAT one more time?).

I’m a senior now, so I don’t think I can do that :)

That’s what I thought, but I think you can take the January SAT if you want…
