Chances of getting into Villanova, Lehigh, BU + more

I'm currently a high school junior and I wanted to know what the chances of getting into Villanova, Lehigh, Boston University, UMD College Park, Northeastern, and my reach schools, UPenn and Carnegie Mellon.

GPA: 3.8 weighted (my school doesn't do unweighted GPAs)
SATs: 1940; 580 CR, 720 math, 640 writing. I plan on taking the SATs again in March.
Honor Societies: Mu Alpha Theta (math), French Honor Society, History Honor Society, Music Honor Society, National Honor Society

I got a B+ in freshman biology (which I took back in 8th grade), a B+ in honors english freshman year, a B in honors english sophomore year, and the rest of my grades are in the A range. I have taken an all honors and AP coursework throughout high school.

I would say my extracurriculars are fairly weeks. One thing I can really milk is my involvment in music. I play the violin and I sing and take private voice lessons. I have been selected to participate in all-county choirs and next year I hope to participate in all-state. I am a member of my school's select choir, as well as many other choirs outside of school. I also participate in my school musical.

How likely would it be for me to get into these schools?

UPenn: Reach
CMU: Reach
Villanova: High match
Lehigh: High match
BU: Match
UMD: Match

I think you already have a good idea where you stand. You have good chances at Villanova, BU, Lehigh, UMDCP, and Northeastern, and I think you’ll get into most of them. Penn and CMU are certainly reaches, but you’ll have a better shot at CMU than Penn, especially with your math background. Try to retake the SATs and increase your chance at your reach schools, or give the ACT a shot (my regret of the application process). Also, do something interesting over the summer, you can take classes in some extra subjects, or volunteer, or try to hold an internship in a field you’re interested, or anything really!
Good luck :)

NEU: Match

Do you have a safety?

Catria, I was thinking UMD might be my safety?

I think you will most likely get into all of those schools, with the exception of UPENN and CMU, which are reaches as you said. I think Penn is unlikely (but still worth a shot), unless your sat score go up a lot, and CMU is a lower reach.
