Chances of getting into W&M in Fall 2014?

I am a sophomore at Stony Brook University in New York. I have family in Williamsburg, and fell in love with the campus of W&M and colonial Williamsburg that surrounds it. Anyway, as of right now my GPA is a 3.4, but I plan to raise it in the next two semesters. I did well in high school, but was home schooled for grades 11 and 12. The program I used did not have AP courses, so I only have one AP course (which I got a 4 on). I did take a college course when I was being home schooled at a local school (Introduction to Political Science) which I got an A in (plus a shining recommendation from the professor).
I got a 1850 on the SAT (I know, a little low. I accidentally missed a page too), and took one SAT II (World history) which I got a 750 on.
I'm a history major, but I don't know what my minor will be at the moment. I think my plan is to be a high school teacher.
At the moment I am deficient in extracurricular activities, mostly due to my social anxiety disorder (which I may or may not mention in the application. It has had a massive effect on my life). I may get involved in the speech and debate club this semester.

I would say it’s a reach, but transfer students are a different animal than pure high schoolers. Your trend and latest work will count more heavily.
