Since SAT’s and ACT’s are optional at Wake Forest, you don’t need to worry a ton. I would take both of them again and see if you can do better. The 1800 is low for the stats I was able to find. Even though they are optional, the middle 50% was 1240-1410/1600. SO out of 2400, it is probably around 1860-2100. Thats is a rough estimate but it seems accurate enough. If you do, it wouldn’t hurt. I am also a prospective Wake student. I have found out that the most important factors are the interview (by far), then GPA, and then EC’s. Your unweighted GPA is a little low but by your weighted GPA admissions will be able to tell that your academic rigor was very hard. Which also means A LOT! I would say, workl on getting your UW gpa up and maybe take the SAT and ACT again and improve those. Otherwise your good. I would say apply Early Decision and you’re for sure!
