Chances of getting into WashU?

Hi there! I will be a senior in high school in the fall, and I am really considering applying ED to Washington University in St. Louis. I have visited the school (loved it), talked to several current students, and researched online about cost/programs as well.
I was just wondering (based on the information I'll provide below) if I have a pretty good chance of getting accepted.

Desired area of study for undergrad: Pre-Medicine
PSAT: 233
SAT I Score: 2360 (800 M, 800 W, 760 CR)
ACT Score: 35 (36 W, 35 M, 35 R, 35 S)
GPA: 3.9912 (One A-)

Extracurricular activities:
- A Core Leader of the Boys and Girls Club core group of my high school's largest volunteer group (I was a part of the Food Bank core group this year).
- Global Issues President (a group that raises awareness/money for pressing issues around the world.)
- Model United Nations
- President/Founder of my high school's chapter of Japanese National Honors Society
- Japanese Club President
- Parliamentarian of my high school's all-girls senior volunteer group
- Art Honors Association Club Officer
- Comic artist for my high school's online newspaper
- National Honor Society
- (Various other things throughout the years)

Volunteerism Outside of School:
- Volunteering at the food bank/humane society during the summer
- Volunteering/shadowing at my city's university hospital
- Three-week long trip to Tunisia to help volunteer with UNICEF (will happen in July of this summer)

My passions include art (I love entering city/online art contests, draw art for my schools newspaper, and am very involved in art classes/art honors association)

Japanese (Just finished my 4th year of Japanese and will take Japanese at the university level next year. I love being involved in Japanese club, and will be the President of my high school's first JNHS in the fall.)

Computer Programming (I learned C++ my sophomore year and won a regional award, learned Java my junior year, and won an NCWIT award this year recognizing my strengths in C++ and Java.)

Despite all of this seemingly fluffy stuff, I really am just a pretty normal person. I'm South Asian and like playing with my cat, procrastinating on Tumblr/LoL/YouTube/anythingontheinternet.

Of course you have a great chance but remember, anyone can get denied. I saw plenty of people rejected by WashU who had similar stats.

Write some good essays and WUSTL would be a match.

More important than good essays is to show interest in the school. Remember that WUSTL does not have supplemental essays, unless they decide to change things up next year.
