Chances of Getting Rescinded from Colleges?

I'm currently a senior in Plano,TX. I've taken 12 AP classes so far.

I plan to major in Biology and/or Biochemistry. So far, I'm applying to the following colleges.

UT Austin TOP CHOICE
UT Dallas (auto admit)
UT Arlington (auto admit)
Texas A&M
Baylor University
Austin College
UC Berkeley
UC San Diego
UC Santa Cruz
UC Irvine
UC Davis
Emory
UBC

Lately, I've been struggling a lot in school, due to some medical issues. I've been diagnosed with serious panic disorder/anxiety, and am currently on meds, and have been seeing a psychologist. I've had it since junior year. Next semester, I am going to be placed on a 504 plan. This has all caused my grades to drop somewhat, especially in Calculus.

Currently, this year, I am taking:
AP Biology (2 block)
AP LIT
AP Stat
AP Calc AB
Psych AP (next semester)

I take AP Calculus AB. I've been working really hard to get my grade up in that class, but I've been struggling in that class a lot, I have a tutor and everything, and I still can't get by. Unfortunately, I FAILED for the semester. I have a 68 for the semester, and I just finished my final today--the grade is in already, but not everyone has taken the final yet, so I'm not sure if a curve has even been established. I can work harder next semester and get my grade up, but my course load is pretty tough to begin with.

Given the fact that I have medical issues, will my admission from any college be rescinded? My acceptances have yet to arrive, but lately my grades have been slipping due to my anxiety/panic disorder problems. That F in Calculus on my transcript is going to follow me all through college.

Currently, my weighted high school GPA (w/out senior year grades) is a 3.83. I'm in the top 30% of my class. This is the GPA that my colleges saw.

My colleges don't know my senior year grades yet. With the F from Calculus computed in, my weighted high school GPA will be a 3.69. My rank will probably go down to the top 40%. I can probably get it up, but I don't know what is going to happen.

If it helps, I have a lot on my resume already--ACT 30 COMPOSITE, and lots of extracurriculars. I have a ton of science fair awards and 4 leadership positions, I even started a club at my school. My essays were stellar, I had them reviewed plenty of times by professionals.

If I do get accepted to any of the colleges that I am applying to, I don't want to have my admission RESCINDED because of my F in Calculus. Understandable, I can't do anything about it, but I don't want my admission to get RESCINDED after I submit my final year transcript to my colleges. Because they will see that F. My psychologist is going to send my colleges a letter about my health issues and 504 plan, so hopefully things will work out alright, but I don't want them to rescind my admission.

Any advice, any thoughts, any comments? Does anyone know ANYTHING about the rescind policies of the colleges I'm applying to?

I'm seriously panicking right now. Any responses would be great.

First, don’t spam the forum. You put up three identical threads within a few minutes of each other.

If you are highly anxious why don’t you back off on the classes a little? I don’t know the policies at the TX schools but I’m pretty sure the UCs will rescind you with a D or F in senior year (certain for UCB). You need to talk to your school about how to replace that F if possible.
