do you have a good reason for the drop in grades? you're gonna have to report the scores anyway, if i'm not wrong, so there's really no point in asking here... the only people who cann tell you for sure are the adcoms :(

They recommend no more than 2 c's and want you to hit a 3.0 uw. Having 4 C's does put you in a position to go on academic probation however. I would write and send a letter immediately after grades are over to explain why you got those grades to make sure 1) you are still admitted 2) you wont be placed on probation

Very good chance of getting rescinded with those grades. UCLA doesn't have to deal with that, because there are so many other students who got much better grades, so they aren't lenient.

The lower UC's are pretty lenient on that, like UCRiverside, I've heard of someone getting two D's and still getting in, but never with UCLA.

Are these grades from your mid-year transcript---final for that semester? or just a quarter grade that will be used to determine your final grade? Your school will be sending in your final transcript to UCLA after you graduate. Most transcripts do not show the quarter grades-just your final grades. If you are lower than a 3.0UW...then it is conceivable that your offer for admissions would be rescinded. Talk to your GC-they will know how best to proceed in your case. You were accepted into UCLA-that is really something-now-breathe---and figure out your best course of action. You have the ability to deal with this---hang in there!

You could very well get rescinded unless you bump up one or two of those Cs to Bs. 3.0 unweighted is the rule I have heard, but I'm not sure how lenient UCLA is--my guess is not very.

You got into UCLA, so I'm sure you're capable of bumping one or two grades up. Follow the rest of the advice above and make a concerted effort to turn your grades around and you will probably be fine. Good luck.
