My first semester senior year grades didn't turn out so hot. 2 As, 2 Bs, and the bad part: 2 Ds, in AP Calc AB and my dual enrollment anatomy and physiology course. I'm already in at UMiami and Tulane, both with scholarships, and I'm waiting to hear from the rest. There were no real extenuating circumstances. Do my first semester grades put me at significant risk for getting my acceptances and/or scholarships revoked?

I will seriously contact your guidance counselor about your situation. Since you said you don't have any real extenuating circumstances such as sickness or death in the family, it is pertinent that you find out if the universities can rescind your admission. Counselors are required to send midyear progress reports to some colleges and universities. This is why educators warn students to not suffer "senioritis" (slacking off in coursework after the submission of college applications).

Yes. Talk to your guidance counselor.
