Chances of getting ROTC scholarship?

I am applying to VMI, JMU, and Virginia Tech, with Tech as my first choice. I am almost positive I can get INTO those schools, but I want an Army ROTC scholarship and can't be certain I will get one. What do you think my chances are for those expierienced in them?
