<p>Are you in state? I think your test scores and GPA are really on the low side, but you have a hook in being bilingual. I’d say you have a 75% chance in state, and a 30% chance out of state. </p>
<p>In the past few years Maryland has been putting students like you in letters & sciences rather than the clark school directly. If you do well with your gateway courses you’d be allowed into engineering guaranteed. The gamble with that same policy, however, if you mess up or don’t do well, there are no second chances and you’d ether have to switch majors or leave the university.</p>
