Chances of going to UC Davis

Hello, I hope this is the right forum to discuss because this is my first post. I have been in community college for 3 years now, and next fall it'll be my 4th year of community college. I'm thinking about wanting to go for UC Davis, but the problem I have now is I have 2.84 GPA. The reason is that my English/Communication skills is holding me back and suffered dyslexia. I wasn't enjoying to read books since I was a toddler.
Since I was in elementary school, I was placed in special education class until high school. In high school I took English RSP classes and got good grades of them, but the problem is I didn't learn anything from my RSP teachers. I took CAHSEE English and failed it twice, but for the 3rd time I barely passed it with scored 364 (required 350 to pass CAHSEE).
I started taking some classes at community college during my high school. I took elementary chinese and got an A, and I took elementary chinese II and got a B. I'm very interested in computers, so I took Introduction in computers. However I got a C in that class. The reason is my english and analyzing skills are poor. However, for me, I say that math > english. I don't know why, but I like math more than english.

When I took community college for the first time, I screwed up the first 2 semesters. I took Intro to Java for the first time, and got a C because again my English skills and my Logic skills is poor.

I don't wanna talk more because I might bore you guys, but here are my grades.
My major was undeclared until right now. (Trying to do Computer Engineering)
