<p>Keep in mind that taking ‘easier’ courses can add up. So if you are taking all Honors classes as opposed to all AP classes (if available), the top colleges will probably notice.</p>

<p>But if Honors English is a single outlier, then it shouldn’t make a difference</p>

<p>Take AP English, the more rigor on your transcript, the better.</p>
