I’ll answer, I might as well help. I’ll break it up into three sections: Grades, EC’s, and anything I didn’t cover.

To be honest, your grades are great and you take Chinese in 6th grade? My school never offered anything like that. Your grades are great, just remember, the AOs will mainly look at grades from 7th grade and 8th grade. But it looks like you’re off to a great start.

For EC’s, I recommend expanding on your interests. See if you could get into some sports, clubs, or maybe just some volunteer work. I can tell you that AOs love kids who are involved in their community.

You should do pretty well on the SSATs! I wish I had two years to prepare! Anyways, it looks like you’re going to score pretty high. Also, I have the same personality as you. Quiet, shy, and remember in your interview to be yourself. Don’t try to talk like you’re reading off a script.

Overall, this looks like an amazing start. Everything looks pretty good. Try to participate in more EC’s as it can determine if you’ll be a student there. These schools are very selective which could be unfortunate. I know that Andover has an acceptance rate of like 12%? Around the low teens. I’m applying to 10th grade this year to some schools.

Sorry for writing so much, I didn’t mean to put you to sleep. I got some free time right now hahaha.

Good luck!
