<p>@Midnight, Your chances, as a Singapore national (not an uncommon nationality at the top BS’s) of being awarded Financial Aid, are close to zero, unless you have some unbelievably, extraordinary hook (e.g. Olympic-level athlete, Cannes Film Festival award-winning film-maker, discovered a vaccine for Dengue Fever, etc.). </p>
<p>You have some nice community-service activities in your CV, and you should definitely mention those activities in your application. But those activities are probably not exceptional enough to merit FA for a int’l applicant from a well-represented country.</p>
