UC GPA (only 10th/11th grade)(also idk if I calculated correctly)-

Weighted and capped: 4.27
SAT: 1220
Essay: 14
ECs:
- volunteering at animal shelter every week for 3 hours all four years
- Tutoring junior, senior year once a week
- Marching band/concert band grade 9,10,11 (section leader)
- Track all four years
- Math honor society
- Science honor society
- National honor society
I think my essay topics are strong as well (IMO)
Intended major: animal biology
You have an above average UC capped weighted GPA but your SAT scores are just at the 25th percentile. Since UC’s tend to be more GPA focused, I would say that UCD is probably a Match to High Match so anywhere from a 50% to 70% chance at an acceptance.

Definitely a good shot, the GPA is strong. Guaranteed your SAT is on the lower end, but your particular interest towards your major is a good sign which is in your advantage because Davis takes your intended major into account.
