Chances of me getting into UCLA?

I did absolutely horrendous freshman year, because I am an immigrant who moved to America and into a bad, poor neighborhood school system initially, so I was not prepared for the student transition to the one of the top public school systems in America.
My Freshman GPA was a 2.5. I was placed in the lower classes, but through hard work and determination I improved my GPA in grades 10-11 with a 3.8 GPA (4.3 weighted), taking 4 APs and 1 Honors, in senior year I am taking 2 more APs which I have already learned over the summer.
I was not athletic whatsoever because partly I am Indian(minority), and never focused on sports, but joined track and Field and have been running it for 5 years trying to improve, now I'm in varsity. Not many Indians do track.
I have played guitar since I was 8.
I am a national merit PSAT semi finalist.
SAT score: 2240 (I'm taking it again and I took an official practice test that predicted at lowest 2300)
I have 30 hours of community service.
I am Robotics captain (lol typical brownie).
I'm fluent in 4 languages: Hindi, English, Spanish, and Japanese.
I live in NJ.
I actually have not decided my major, but I just really want to go and live in LA more than anything and going to college there is my dream.
So... What're my chances

What is your intended major? Have you taken, or plan to take related courses?

My major is undecided.

You need to calculate your UC GPA (only 10th-11th grades), see link: <a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Cal State Apply | CSU; Since you are OOS, you can only use up to 4 AP classes for the extra honor points.
Can you and your family afford UCLA at $55K/year with little financial aid.? You will be expected to pay the OOS tuition at $23K plus your EFC.
Your SAT score is in-line for UCLA and your upward trend in GPA is a plus. I would say you UCLA is a High Match/Low Reach. Good Luck!!

You don’t need to retake the SAT. Getting 60 points higher won’t help.

Writing good essays will. Get started on that.

UCLA is harder OOS, regardless of what people say. I’t a low reach.
