Chances of me still being making the Dec 1st deadline, while sending things later

I have sent my SAT scores in, and I have sent my part II app in for the Dec 1st scholarship deadlines. I am planning to ship my transcript, rec letters (except for the counselor's. He can go screw himself, cause I told him to fax it separately, hoping he'll forget), all the forms on Thursday. What are the chances the admission officers not getting around to everyone's applications by the end of the weekend. I am hoping that my package gets to the USC undergrad office by Friday morning, but if it doesn't, and gets delayed (and since they don't ship on weekends), do you think they'll accept it next monday?

As long as you have submitted your Part II by the Dec 1st deadline, you should be fine. The admission officer said they won’t punish you for things beyond your control, i.e. rec letters, counselor reports. Of course, they do need to receive them within a reasonable time.

(Wondering why you don’t just mail them today…?)

Anyway, if you get it in the mail Thursday using some sort of priority mail and it arrives by early next week, you should be fine - they will still be sorting everything out. (Anyone reading this who might come back next year and post "I heard only the online application is due Dec. 1st, and everything else can come in “later…” - DON’T! The due date is DEC 1ST!!!)

It should be fine - good luck!

Couldn’t because:
1)Transcript delay
2)Recommendations came in today
3)SAT report scores’ faxes got screwed over (didn’t get through sigh)
4)Visit bank for financial information.

Shipping it by fedex tomorrow priority!
